HospoInsights Australia is an independent, operator-led advocacy platform designed to collect structured evidence on hospitality workforce pressures and convert that evidence into coordinated advocacy, reports, and policy engagement. We are not a union, political organisation, legal service, or employment advisory body.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform to harass, defame, or threaten any individual or organisation

All content, design, branding, and materials on the Platform are owned by HospoInsights Australia or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Reports and Publications

Reports, briefs, and publications produced by HospoInsights Australia are based on aggregated and anonymised operator data. While we strive for accuracy, these publications represent operator-reported evidence and should not be construed as definitive statistical research. All outputs are clearly methodology-noted.

7. No Professional Advice
